After 14 years in Media, Software, and Project Management, I chose to follow a long-held passion for cooking.

As a wife and a mother, starting over wasn't easy, but it felt right.

My journey led me to European pastries, and eventually to the delicate art of Nata. 

Hola was born from the courage to begin again.
